Houseboat Meeting starts "Twins Pool"

On Thursday, February 2, 2006 we had a Houseboat meeting to plan the meals for our trip to the Shuswaps this August, oh yes, we are definitely planning on the twins and Jess joining us too! Another of Jess's best buds, Nadine (also Adam's girlfriend) decided to start a "Twins Pool" for the blessed event. The buy in is $20.00, whomever enters, picks the date they believe the twins will be born and the winner takes half the pot, the other half goes to the twins.

So far the dates that have been chosen are June 28-Auntie Deb; June 29-Nadine; July 1-Jessica; July 3-Auntie Elaine; July 4-Bruce; July 5-Lesley; July 8-Doug & Adele (Nadine's parents); July 11-Roberta; July 13-Auntie Milly; July 15-Kayla (Nadine's Sister); July 16-Uncle Jon; July 17-Paul; July 18-Auntie Jeannie; July 19-Grammi Wilson; July 20-Auntie Deb (again); Aug 2-Murray.

The youngens at this meeting came up with the brilliant idea that we should put on some beer nights to bring down the cost of the Houseboat trip. Sounds like an odd fundraiser, should actually be called a "fun"raiser, but whatever goes!
