From Beer Night to I'm Sorry to Pictures

Friday, Feb. 24/06 was the twins first trip (thanks to Jess) to a "Beer Night" that was put on at Joe Dog's Bar in the Pat Hotel from 8 to 10 p.m. Jess of course did not indulge in alcoholic beverages which is best for the twins but she went to support the event. The funds from the beer night were raised to help bring down the costs of the Houseboat vacation that is planned for August 7 to 11, 2006. Since Jessi's due date is August 1, we hope that she will be a bit early so that her and the twins can join us on the holiday.

Jess also ventured to Thyme to purchase her first "maternity" clothing, yowsa specialty clothing sure can cost a pretty penny.

On Saturday, Feb. 25/06 Hadi called from Indonesia and I answered the phone. He said, "Hello, Mom - I'm Sorry" to which I replied, "Oh, don't worry, they will be a lot of fun". Then Hadi said, "but it's twins" and I said "Yes, isn't it exciting?" Many people commented on how amazing Hadi was to call and apologize, they felt that you probably wouldn't get an apology from any young man from around here if that happened to them.

On Thursday, March 2, 2006 Bruce and I, Lesley and Jessica went to Superstore to have a family photo done up before the family really expands - Jess wanted to do it before she "blossomed" too much. The pics turned out to be really good, we even had a "Weird Face" one taken, so I just had to purchase that one too.
